The team will put their expertise to work after completely taking over the restaurant. They’ll redesign and reconstruct the space, revamp the menu and work towards transforming a ‘restaurant on the verge of collapse’ into an upscale locale that can’t keep up with booking reservations. Their reputations are at stake, as well – the bold move to shut down and takeover a restaurant must eventually lead to future success for the besieged owners.
RESTAURANT TAKEOVER follows a similar format to Restaurant Makeover, but adds an exciting new undercover element that allows us to take a behind-the-scenes look at just how each restaurant is run. With the help of hidden cameras, we get to see what should stay and what needs to change in order to succeed in the industry.
